1. Production Operations Management
- Supervise the entire Foaming production process from pouring to finished products.
- Ensure production output, quality, and operational efficiency meet company targets.
- Monitor workforce productivity and machine performance.
- Control finished goods packing accuracy (quantity, batch, specifications).
- Ensure on-time delivery according to production plan and customer requirements.
- Control defect rate, material loss, and product consistency.
2. Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve production issues and improve processes.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
- Ensure compliance with SOP, WI, and production standards.
- Promote 6S implementation and safety culture.
3. Planning & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Planning, Maintenance, Purchasing, R&D, and other departments to ensure production plans and on-time delivery
- Develop production plans and optimize
- Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve order-related issues.
- Support global customer and order-related activities.
4. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, assign, and monitor production team performance.
- Set team objectives and KPIs; conduct performance evaluations.
- Provide coaching, training, and capability development based on SOP/WI.
- Organize periodic training and onboarding for new employees.
- Develop individual development plans for team members.
5. Strategy & Reporting
- Develop short-term and long-term strategies for Foaming production operations.
- Analyze production data and propose improvement solutions.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual production reports.
