Oversee all stages of Foaming production (pouring, slitting, packing)
Ensure production output, quality, and delivery targets are achieved
Monitor productivity, defect rate, material loss, and process stability
Drive continuous improvement to reduce NG, improve quality and efficiency
Coordinate with PPC, Maintenance, Purchasing, R&D, and related departments
Ensure compliance with Safety, 6S, SOP/WI, and company policies
Manage manpower, training, certification, and performance of production teams
Lead supervisors and team leaders; set goals, KPIs, and performance expectations
Prepare and review production reports (weekly/monthly) for management
Work with Global OrthoLite to support customer and production-related issues
College degree or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields (or equivalent experience)
8+ years of experience in Foaming / PU / EVA manufacturing (footwear industry is a plus)
Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills
Experience in production KPI, quality control, and continuous improvement
Good communication skills; English communication is preferred
