Develop and implement Integration policies, ensuring compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and international standards.
Work with audit programs such as Better Work, Higg FEM, ISO, and SLCP.
Prepare and support internal and customer CSR audits.
Monitor labor relations, handle employee complaints, and support regular communication between employees and the company.
Review and improve employee welfare policies to ensure workers receive full and updated information about their benefits.
Support company programs on social responsibility, environment, and sustainability.
Manage compliance records, reports, and related training updates.
Other work assigned by superiors
Education: Prefer Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Foreign language: Good communication skills 4 skills (speaking, listening, reading, writing).
Years of Experience: At least 3–4 years of experience in compliance, CSR, HR, or auditing roles.
Character: Flexible, sociable, adaptable
