Job Description

1.Mô tả công việc:

  1. Cập nhật dữ liệu trong file theo dõi mẫu.
  2. Cập nhật ngày yêu cầu giao hàng và ngày dự kiến giao hàng trên hệ thống 
  3. Tạo phiếu giao hàng và gửi bộ phận xuất nhập khẩu 
  4. Tạo phiếu xuất hàng trên hệ thống 
  5. Ghi chú số hóa đơn và số tờ khai trên phiếu xuất hàng.
  6. Thu thập phiếu giao hàng có chữ ký của khách hàng và gửi cho Xuất-Nhập khẩu 

 

 

Job Requirement

1.Trình độ: Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp, Cao Đẳng, Đại học 

2. Chuyên ngành: Kế toán, Tài chính, Quản trị kinh doanh, Ngoại ngữ,....

3. Vi tính: MS office 

4. Ngoại ngữ: English basic

5. Tính cách: Chịu khó, siêng năng, ham học hỏi trong công việc
