Operational Excellence Specialist

1. Manage 6S projects and activities related to 6S.
2. Improving, transforming and maintaining traditional production line into Lean line.
3. Define, standardize, reduce wastes of production value stream.
4. Collect data to establish and maintaining SMV (Standard Minute Value) for OE/IE.
5. Assist local teams with LEAN projects.
6. Responsible for Kaizen events.
7. Ability to train associates in LEAN thinking and methodologies by Vietnamese language.
8. Establishing the Centre of Excellence function.
9. Responsible for preparing, contributing to translate and deliver site training material in Centre of Excellence function.
10. Daily Gemba production line with the focus on process for improvement.
11. Be responsible for Weekly, Monthly CoE OPR (BOR), OEE report.

Requirement:

• Education: College/ bachelor’s degree with Industrial. engineering/Industrial Management field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience at same position in LEAN production system \(In the footwear industry is an advantage).
• Foreign language: can speak, write and read emails by English.
• Skill:

         + Strong in Auto cad 2D, 3D design will be high advantage

            (Sketchup; engineering, Cad 3D…)
