Job Description

Đảm bảo kết quả xét nghiệm trong phòng thí nghiệm được đánh giá theo các yêu cầu mục tiêu chất lượng. Ensure in-house laboratory test results are evaluated against quality target requirements

Thực hiện các thí nghiệm đúng theo phương pháp của thương hiệu để đảm bảo độ tin cậy của quá trình thí nghiệm. Đảm bảo hoạt động hằng ngày của LAB. đạt mục tiêu của công ty và bộ phận.
Conduct testing according to the brand’s method to ensure reliability of testing process. Ensure LAB. daily operation meet company and department Goals and Targets.
Đánh giá và cập nhật kết quả thí nghiệm vào bảng dữ liệu tổng.Thông báo kết quả chính thức đến các nhóm phòng ban liên quan.
Evaluate and update test results into master data table.Post Lab testing result to relevant.
Phân tích dữ liệu thông qua kết quả thí nghiệm, đánh giá rủi ro, đề suất giải pháp khắc phục trong giai đoạn phát triển sản phẩm.
Analyze data through experimental results, assess risks, and propose solutions during product development phase.
Thực hiện kế hoạch hiệu chuẩn thiết bị phòng thí nghiệm thường niên.
Implement Lab equipment annual calibration plan.
Đảm bảo khu vực làm việc theo tiêu chuẩn an toàn và 5S.
Ensure Lab working area follow safety and 5S requirements.
Làm báo cáo KPI theo tuần/ tháng
Work weekly/ monthly/ KPI report .
Đào tạo và huấn luyện các phương pháp thí nghiệm
Train and coach LAB methods.
Xác nhận và phối hợp với các thành viên liên chức năng để xử lý phản hồi từ khách hàng. Phạm vi: Đế thành phẩm và nguyên vật liệu thí nghiệm không đạt.
Validate and collaborate with cross-functional member to handle customer's quality claim, scope: Sockliner and material LAB. Testing failed.

2. Phối hợp với các phòng ban liên chức năng trong những dự án cụ thể, nhằm để hổ trợ mục tiêu và chiến lược của công ty và bộ phận.
Collaborate with cross-functional in specified projects aim to support company and operation department goals and strategy.

Đóng góp và hổ trợ kế hoạch triển khai và mục tiêu ở dự án cụ thể.
Contribute and support project team target and action plan

Job Requirement

Trình độ học vấn/ Education

Ưu tiên Tốt nghiệp đại học/ cao đẳng trở lên / University/ College degree or higher are prefer.

2. Trình độ ngoại ngữ / Foreign language

Ưu tiên biết ngoại ngữ (Tiếng Anh, tiếng Trung, tiếng Quảng Đông hoặc tiếng khác).
Foreign languages (English, Chinese, Cantonese, or other) are preferred

3. Số năm kinh nghiệm Years of Experience

Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực chất lượng hoặc phòng thí nghiệm trong ngành giày dép.
At least 2 years of experience in quality management or laboratory in the footwear industry.
