Job Description

1. Develop new specs to meet the business need timely

Do experiments in laboratory to find obtimize formulars
Sumary results and make reports
Run new formulars on big machine
Transfer, follow and support production team to run new formulars on production line smoothly

2. Implement, control and optimize the processes of making PU foam

Set up technical standards for producing PU foam process
Follow quality of PU foam and give solutions to improve quality of PU foam

3. Improve current formulars to maximize production yield and save cost

Find solutions to improve producing process and quality of PU foam
Evaluate effectives of improving about process or new chemicals,.. basing on the exepriments
Sumary results and make reports about improving

4. Control chemicals quality and retricted chemicals in PU foam

Test, control and report about quality of chemicals, additives, powders and pigments.
Control retricted chemiclas in PU foam meets brand's standards

5. Implement and maintain 6S in the area

Ensure cleanliness of the workshop, equipment, and tools, and maintain the implementation of 5S in the working area.
Keep the working environment clean and safe according to company regulations and policies.

6. Other tasks

Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

Education: Prefer bachelor of Engineering/ Science in Material/ Chemical (Major in polymer)
Prefer good in English (4 skills)
Prefer 1-year experiment
