Job Description

  1. Check email and reply to in-external contact soonest to have information on time and get partner satisfaction.
  2. Request suppliers send the Quotation for all materials create new order
  3. Find three suppliers for comparison the price
  4. Update ETA, follow and push to suppliers deliver on time
  5. Handle arising problem to assure material available for production.
  6. Handle NG material with suppliers to assure material available for production and improve for the next orders.
  7. Send delivery note information to the Ware house department to arrange manpower and place for incoming material
  8. Make payment monthly to payment on time for supplier.
  9. Synthesize data about Vendor to plan-up arrangement visits and evaluate the supplier periodically
  10. Deduct stock, forecast stock to avoid high inventory.
  11. Implement 5S to assure working area follow 5S and safety standard.
  12. Support all jobs which related to Purchasing and other tasks follow superior assignment.

Job Requirement

  1. Education & Knowledge: University
  2. Foreign language: Good English (4 skills)
  3. Soft Skills:
  • Good management skill
  • Good problem-solving skill 
  • Good communication skill
  • Good negotiate skill
  • Good Microsoft office skill
