Job Description

  1. Optimize process to eliminate wastes in end-to-end process
  2. Based on lean concept to propose best lean production layout which under: deeply analysis Pro & Cons; practical space, high efficiency
  3. Leading the development and implementation of innovation analytical tools for the business
  4. Control operation metrics to achieve annual target about productivity, labor cost, UEE, Scrap, saving
  5. Lead improvement project to minimize operational cost, high efficiency and productivity
  6. Working with related party to deploy automation solution in shop floor
  7. Lean implementation to minimize waste time and cost
  8. Follow other job/arrangement from above superior supervisor.

Job Requirement

  • Education & Knowledge: College/ bachelor’s degree
  • Foreign language: English (Company will provide English training if you need)
  • Soft skills
    • Strong in Auto cad 2D
    • 3D design will be high advantage (Sketchup; engineering, Cad 3D…)
    • Teamwork skills
    • Problem-solving skills
    • Communication skills
    • Lean knowledge
